If a pet was misrepresented in the listing (e.g., incorrect breed, age, or health condition), please report the issue to us. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include suspending the seller or assisting with dispute resolution.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Pet accessories, food, or other non-living items may be eligible for return only if unopened and within the seller’s return window. Check individual listings for details.
